About the role…

As a Payroll Support Administrator, you will provide administrative support for all Payroll related activities across the Finance team.

Key accountabilities include:

• Reviewing actual times entered in timesheets against approved times and liaising with appropriate Clinical Services employees to verify accuracy.
• Maintaining adherence to all relevant quality standards as applicable to role.
• Completion of mandatory training within timelines.
• Managing multiple deadlines for variable data and managing each entity throughout their pay cycle.
• Reviewing and approving all Healthcare Professionals (HCP) expenses across all countries, ensuring each HCP visit and travel time, matches agreed cost grid.
• Supporting the Payroll Specialist in all aspects, as required.
• Updating supporting files and database that support Payroll.
• Generating Payroll reports for Managers to review.
• Checking actual invoices for expenses against approved allowances for all associated costs.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications…

We are looking for a talented individual with excellent numeracy skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage time and tasks within a high-growth environment.

It is Essential you have:

• Prior experience of providing administrative support to a Payroll or Finance department.
• Experience of working within a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Experience of working within a role that requires a high level of confidentiality.
• Competent user of Microsoft Office, specifically MS Outlook and MS Excel.

Where: Deerfield, IL (hybrid/fully remote working options available)

Contract type: This is a full-time, permanent position
