Workday Payroll Specialist - 100% Remote ($70000.00 - $80000.00 / Year)

And Responsibilities

• Handles wage requests and year-to-date reconciliations.
• Completes all Finance and HR reporting.
• Processes relocation payments with our relocation provider.
• Processes US bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls, including employee input/changes, special payments, and gross pay reconciliation.
• Maintains and audits timecards, extracts hours, and enters historical edits in Kronos.
• Manages miscellaneous payroll tasks, such as repayments and pay adjustment calculations.
• Provides recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements

• Holds an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Human Resources.
• Demonstrates proactive, customer-oriented, flexible, and agile qualities.
• Has 2 to 5 years of experience processing full cycle US, Canadian, and union payrolls (asset).
• Proficient in Workday Payroll module, Kronos, and MS Office Suite (asset).
