PAYROLL/BOOKKEEPING-Fully REmoTE Full-time $25 - $35 an hour (NEED ASAP)

Accountant/bookkeeper needed. Responsibilities to include Payroll processing and HR management for a company with approximately 150 employees. Experience in Paycom helpful. Other duties to include processing of monthly/quarterly sales tax, A/P, A/R, bank reconciliation. Review and reconciliation of financial statements as needed. Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment is necessary.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Strong organizational skills are necessary.
• Previous experience in accounting or related field preferred.

Duties include but are not limited to: Accounts Receivable duties, Reconciliation, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Employee Benefits, Employee Accounts receivable, Employee payroll processing, Processing Accounts receivable transactions, Processing Accounts payable transactions, Paying invoices and receivables

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
