In this role, you will take ownership of processing hourly & salaried payroll for employees, while also being hands-on in areas of training, process optimization, and data analysis. This is a full-time, permanent position and is remote, but candidates should reside in the Eastern or Central time zones and must be open to occasional travel to the corporate location.

Must Haves

• 5+ years of payroll processing and reporting experience
• A track record of analyzing payroll data and providing insights
• Prior experience training users of a payroll software and writing SOPs to standardize processes
• Associate degree in Business, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and work experience
• Strong foundation in Ceridian Dayforce including processing payroll for at least 250 hourly & salary employees and creating & running reports

Nice-to-Haves

• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation
