We’re looking for a seasoned and talented Partnership Development Representative to help us grow our network of districts by introducing them to ThinkCERCA and supporting the sale of our literacy solution in school/district segments.

We’re looking for a seasoned and talented Partnership Development Representative to help us grow our network of districts by introducing them to ThinkCERCA and supporting the sale of our literacy solution in school/district segments.
Responsibilities
- Maintains complete and accurate documentation in the CRM program of all activity
- Continuously optimizes the outreach and sales cycle process for the identified target markets.
- Develops school and district contacts and cultivates relationships with all stakeholders throughout the accounts.
- Qualifies new target prospects, understanding and analyzing the size of opportunities.
- Responsible for outreach to target lists through calls and customized emails on a daily basis.
- Sets meetings with school and district partners in targeted markets.
- The Partnership Development Representative will be tasked with driving the growth of our enterprise sales partnerships and executing solution-based selling strategies by setting appointments for our National Sales Director. You will be responsible for research, outreach, and relationship development.
- Strong organizational skills – able to meet deadlines, keep constant contact with leads/contacts/accounts/opportunities
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in the Google suite of Pridcuts, HubSpot, and other tools and technologies.
- Excellent analytical and pragmatic problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills - the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels, facilitate discussions, ask questions, make recommendations
- Ability to work remotely
- Excellent written, and verbal communication skills, especially presentation and qualifying questions skills
