We’re looking for a seasoned and talented Partnership Development Representative to help us grow our network of districts by introducing them to ThinkCERCA and supporting the sale of our literacy solution in school/district segments.
Responsibilities
The Regional Partnership Director will be tasked with driving the growth of our enterprise sales partnerships and executing solution-based selling strategies. You will be responsible for research, outreach, and relationship development.
  • Supervise and develop regional customer success team members in collaboration with Regional Success Manager
  • Takes a consultative approach to meeting with potential customers – works with them to develop a solution that fits their needs. Is able to pinpoint ThinkCERCA’s value proposition to each unique customer. Provide strategic recommendations regarding curriculum solutions to district leaders
  • Continuously optimizes the process for outreach and sales cycle for identified target mark
  • Qualify new target prospects; understand and analyze the size of opportunities; ensure the database of targets is correctly established with the team and continuously maintained and tracked for Texas
  • Lead growth strategy and sales for Texas
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships with district leaders
  • Responsible for outreach to target lists through calls and customized emails on a daily basis.
  • Develops school and district contacts and cultivates relationships with all stakeholders throughout the accounts
  • Maintains complete and accurate documentation in CRM program of all activity
  • Sets meetings with target school and district partners in Texas
Qualifications
  • Must reside in Texas
  • Previous experience as a Principle or District leader is required
  • Excellent analytical and pragmatic problem-solving abilities
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Professional, HubSpot, and other tools and technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills - the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels, facilitate discussions, ask questions, make recommendations
  • Strong organizational skills – able to meet deadlines, keep constant contact with leads/contacts/accounts/opportunities
  • Excellent written, and verbal communication skills, especially presentation and qualifying questions skills
  • Ability to work remotely
