Description


The Strategic Partnership Director is accountable for providing strategic direction and management for all vendor and brokers with clients implementing and using the Enspire product app. This position is crucial since it manages and grows the partnership relationships, overseeing the daily affairs of their needs, contributing to client leadership or executive meetings, driving ongoing app engagement strategy, and leading vision strategy sessions.


We are looking for a Strategic Partnership Director who will bring experience and understanding of employee benefit plans and vendors, and innovative solutions to develop and execute best-in-class service to our vendor and broker partners and ultimately, our clients. Using the Enspire Product data analytics and app utilization rates to create powerful case studies that maintain overall happy relationships that drive impact and generate new business, the Strategic Partnership Director will also focus on expansion to new partnerships.


Essential Duties And Responsibilities


  • Hold aligned resources accountable for behaviors that support Empyrean’s policies and procedures
  • Continuous mindset toward efficiency and process improvement, applying Enspire technology and processes to improve delivery and efficiency from both the client and internal Empyrean perspective.
  • Demonstrate expertise in industry trends and for strategic planning and forecasting
  • Ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into product roadmap advancements
  • Manage current client partnerships and satisfaction throughout the new client process, from Sales to Operations and Digital Strategy
  • Communicate with executive level teams to identify and outline goals and mutual expectations
  • Ensure the quality delivery of all services as per the client’s Statement of Work
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Drive Enspire Product vision setting during implementation kick off meetings
  • Strategize and present end of year reporting outcomes of the client’s Enspire Product app, driving towards ROIs
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow global revenue
  • Build and manage trust-based relationships with broker and vendor partners within all major Enspire Product sales channels and block deals
  • Identifying key partnership touch points for all existing brokers and vendors to drive engagement of the app and generate additional sales and partner channels
  • Resolve broker and client issues and escalations in collaboration with Enspire VP of Operations, Business Development and Digital Strategy
  • Forge strong working relationships; work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams including product managers and developers
  • Partner with Executive Members to execute corporate strategic growth plans and share accountability for improving the individual customer experience and strategy


Nonessential Duties And Responsibilities


  • Participate in Business Development Activities, such as client demos and implementation kick off meetings
  • Must maintain HIPAA certification
  • Participate and/or lead internal Enspire App Product training sessions

Knowledge, Experience And/Or Education Requirements
  • Any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered
  • Proven ability to create and manage detailed processes in order to realize the overall objective
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Apple software and MS Office suite skills
  • In lieu of bachelor’s degree, equivalent years of experience in human resources, benefits administration, or a related field
  • Skilled project manager
  • Confident in working with and providing guidance for executive level HR teams
  • Strong understanding of health and welfare benefits
  • Knowledge of project management tools, preferably Asana
  • Proven ability to provide strategic direction


Other Requirements


  • Must be available outside of core business hours on as needed basis
  • Ability to travel on as needed basis (up to 10%)
