Job Description
What part will you play?


Responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training and development programs for our global workforce. This position collaborates with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to identify training needs, develop strategies, and deliver effective learning solutions. The successful individual will have a proven track record in designing and executing successful training programs, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of adult learning principles.


What will you be doing?


  • Manage the Associate engagement program for the global organization. Partnering with Executive leadership on driving action planning around results to improve the associate experience at Diversified.
  • Manage the training budget, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and monitoring expenditures.
  • Manage organizational initiatives including building D&I capability, assessing gaps/opportunities in our learning experiences, D&I employee resource group (ERG) programming and overall effectiveness to promote ongoing inclusion
  • Plan and develop Early Talent Programs (coop, internships, campus recruiting, etc.)
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development, and proactively recommend innovative approaches and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
  • Create and manage talent development programs, including leadership development, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, training manuals, videos, and presentations.
  • Create a uniform culture of continuous learning and improvement, knowledge transfer, and growth across the organization.
  • Design and deliver training programs, including new employee orientation, manager training, technical skills training, and professional development initiatives, incorporating Diversified’s values and DEI initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to identify training needs, skill gaps, and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Lead a team of training professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent development strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to identify training needs, skill gaps, and performance improvement opportunities, to align business strategy with organizational needs.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and learning and delivery methods, such as classroom training, virtual sessions, workshops, on-the-job training, and self-paced learning, to ensure maximum effectiveness and engagement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, and continuously improve and update content based on results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers, industry associations, and educational institutions to leverage external resources and partnerships.
What do we require from you?


Knowledge & Skill Requirements:


  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior executives.
  • Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates, with strong level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Critical thinker who also brings a creative mindset and focuses on continuous improvement
  • Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles.
  • Experience in managing training programs in international and multicultural environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs. And measuring effectiveness through data and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to impact and influence leaders.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning development tools, and other training technologies.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Experience with professional presentation and facilitating in-person and virtual content
  • Proven experience building and delivering talent development, leadership development, or organizational development programs.
Education/Certification/License Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
Working Experience:


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on designing and delivering corporate training programs.
  • Experience in a technology-focused organization is highly desirable.
  • Experience with learning management systems.
Preferred Experience:


  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Certification in HR and/or adult education.
