As a front runner in academia, their high-dosage tutoring model & equitable tutoring services have been institutionalized nationwide. Their mission statement has been to introduce technology to specialized Academic/Test Preparation services and instructional intervention programs which have caused a shift in the public education sector.
Qualifications
•3+ years of K-12 Account Management & Sales experience in district and school partnerships
•Proficiency in google suite, web-based presentation tools & video conference tools
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Strong customer relations skills and high emotional intelligence
•The individual in this role needs to exhibit a high level of professionalism and have the ability to build strong relationships and teams
•The Account Manager will be an advocate for Tutor Me Education, its brand, and its suite of learning products and programs
• Onboarding & Implementation
• Accurately track all customer-related activities, communication, and opportunity tracking in CRM
Customer Service & Support
• Achieves key success metrics including adoption and engagement goals
• Manages change at the customer level, overcomes customer objections, and resolves concerns with tutors and all clients
•Gathers customer feedback and collaborates with the Product Team to evolve product offering to meet emerging needs and remove friction points
• Use data to determine the success of current implementation/learning solutions and recommend changes/additions to drive desired customer outcomes
• Proactively engages with customers through phone, email, video call and/or targeted campaigns to secure renewals and drive expansion
• Develops relationships with customers to build reference accounts and develop net promoter accounts
•Develop a high-performing team by providing account strategy support as well as ongoing coaching, problem-solving and mentoring
•Oversee the development and successful execution of territory plans for each team member
•Partner with marketing and customer success on lead generation strategies and upsell opportunities
Compensation
• Pay: $20-25/hr
• Commission pay
