As a Marketing Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting our overall marketing efforts and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. What You’ll Do

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities and consumer insights.
• Support the planning and coordination of marketing events, webinars, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and email marketing.
• Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client acquisition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as professional services, sales, and development, to ensure consistent brand messaging and a cohesive marketing approach.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for various channels, including social media, website, blogs, and email campaigns.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Assist in managing and maintaining social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong passion for marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
• Experience with marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot, Canva, WordPress) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• 2-5 years experience as a marketing generalist.
• Healthcare and/or SaaS experience is a plus.
