Talent Representative Jobs

CSI Companies is currently seeking multiple Talent Representatives for one of our longstanding clients. As a Talent Representative, you will play a crucial role within the Talent Operations & Delivery team, providing prompt and accurate resolution to employee and owner inquiries regarding total rewards and employment policies.

3-month contract

Fully Remote

Starting Pay: $23/hr

Responsibilities:

• Utilize systems to document and track cases, maintaining accurate records.
• Escalate cases as needed, following established policies and procedures.
• Assist with new hire orientation and coordination.
• Resolve employee and owner inquiries within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with care and confidence.
• Handle other assigned duties and projects.
• Stay updated on total rewards, policies, and benefit changes across all entities.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and case management software.
• Minimum of 1 year of HR or related experience.
• Knowledge of employee benefit programs and HR policies.
• Associate degree in business or at least 2 years of HR-related job experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to accommodate different time zones and potential overtime.
• Customer service-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
