Career Staffing Talent (CST) has partnered with a fast-growing data privacy platform company to recruit an HR Generalist to join the organization.
The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition experience, is hungry, a go-getter, and is enthusiastic about Human Resources and Talent Acquisition/Recruiting.
EXPERIENCE WITH DATA PRIVACY OR SAAS PRODUCTS IS HIGHLY PREFERRED.

The HR Generalist will report to the Director of Human Resources and the Chief People Officer. This candidate must bring analytical and organizational skills to support the Human Resources team and the entire organization.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the processing of all documents necessary for the implementation of various benefit programs and maintenance of records as required for compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, PPACA, and other applicable regulations
- Responsible for the onboarding process for all new hires, providing an exceptional employee experience so employees are well informed, educated, and all set up for their first day and successfully handed off to the manager
- Manage projects including benefits open enrollment, SOX audits and compliance reporting
- Network and maintain relationships with key talent communities for active and passive opportunities
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador when representing the organization
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Responsible for accurate, timely, and well-designed employee communication strategies for programs and policies this role owns
- Partner with the Director, Human Resources to manage the process of annual planning, developing, and communicating company programs (i.e., Internship and Co-Op programs)
- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, background checks, and supporting hiring managers through the offer stage
- Work directly with hiring managers in departments throughout the company to provide staffing assistance, including position description development, position posting, resume sourcing, resume review, candidate prescreens and evaluations, reference checking, employment and education confirmation, interview scheduling, development of candidate interview information packets, post-interview evaluations, and maintenance of candidate files and the candidate database
- Work closely with hiring teams to effectively develop clear and successful hiring strategies while setting clear expectations with a strong understanding of broader business needs; create service level agreements (SLAs) and lead the intake meeting process.
- Manage multiple jobs at once with the ability to build relationships with all key stakeholders, including candidates, hiring managers, and internal functional teams such as payroll, marketing, etc.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience with demonstrated experience in benefits administration and leaves of absence (e.g., FMLA, ADA, disability) facilitation
- Experience using various platforms and HRIS systems
- Experience in multi-site/dispersed employee base
- Prior experience in a fast-paced scale-up environment is a plus
