Accounting Generalist Jobs

The Accounting Generalist supports the Accounting team while implementing measures to increase the company’s effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly and effectively as appropriate
• Lift up to 10lbs
• Assist with obtaining lien waivers
• Assist with Accounts Payable including job cost and overhead allocations
• Other duties as assigned
• Maintain the standards, culture and values of CML Security
• Assist with filing certified payroll reports
• Assist with maintaining project billing packages
• Oversee SALT (Sales and Local Taxes) tax reporting and filing requirements
• Perform basic office duties, including typing, copying, emailing, etc.

Qualifications And Skills

• 1-2 Years of related experience preferred
• High School diploma or GED required
• OSHA-10 certification
• Strong skills in MS office, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
