Job Description

Position Summary:

Aconcagua Gestion Inmobiliaria S.A.is looking for a HR Generalist to support our HRBP team within the North America People team. If you are looking for a role where one will be involved in a wide array of talent management practices, driving operational excellence and building an empowering employee experience, this role may be for you. In partnership with the North America based HRBP team, this role will support work across the full spectrum of the People function including: talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, rewards and recognition, compensation and benefits, talent management, employee engagement and partnerships with our COE teams.


The impactyou'llmake:

  • As part of the HR Business Partnering team, this role has 3 key aspects: 1) supporting the execution and implementation of people & culture initiatives 2) insure data integrity by regularly managing employee data 3) strengthening employee experience.
  • Support the ideation and implementation of people processes and programs this may includes but is not restricted to onboarding, performance management, talent management, employee programs, engagement surveys and exit management.
  • Be the first point of contact for employees on People programs and initiatives.
  • Provide operational support to the HR business partner team on data management, changes and implementing COE led people programs.
  • Provide input to support plans to improve efficiency on employee lifecycle processes and partner with cross functional teams for implementation.
  • Provide monthly reporting to track key people metrices and derive actionable insights for opportunities or risks. This includes analysis of demography, pulse surveys, hiring and attrition.
  • Cultivate relationships with employees and managers to gain valuable feedback on employee experience/ engagement and team effectiveness, leading to critical insights for action.


The Experience You'll Need:

  • Experience with supporting annual performance management processes/cycles
  • Experience leading projects from ideation to execution
  • Good reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights.
  • Strong team player
  • Great listening skills and effective communication
  • Bachelors degree
  • Proficient with MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Experience navigating through ambiguity
  • 2-3 years of experience supporting People processes and programs

Our compensation philosophy enables us to provide competitive salary that drives high performance while balancing business needs and pay parity. We determine compensation based on a wide variety of factors including role, nature of experience, skills and location.


The base (fixed) pay range for this role would range from $99,952 USD to $135,650 USD (Min and Max of Base Pay range). This salary range is applicable for our offices located in California and New York*. In addition, an InMobian may also receive variable pay in the form of annual variable bonus or quarterly variable bonus / sales incentive, as deemed per policy in addition to fixed compensation.


In addition to cash compensation, based on the position, an InMobian can receive equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units.
