We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Events Coordinator to join our dynamic, growing team!
As a Marketing Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in organizing and executing industry events. You will be responsible for maintaining our industry events calendar, managing registrations of our staff, booth registration, planning and logistics, content and design, plus pre- and post-event client and prospect communication campaigns across multiple channels (social and email promotions).
Working closely with our sales and field teams, you will ensure that the team is well-prepared for events, enabling them to use their on-site time efficiently to staff the booth, meet with clients and prospects, and drive business. You will also be responsible for evaluating the presence of our competitors at industry events, organizing post-event reporting, and lead collection.
To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field and 2-4 years of experience in events management. You should have a working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with Salesforce, Pardot, and On24 webinar platforms is preferred. Additionally, you should be a strategic thinker and innovative problem solver with a proactive and self-motivated mindset. You should be able to take initiative, work in a fast-paced environment, adhere to tight deadlines, and remain calm under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a data-driven and results-focused mentality are essential for this role.
The hiring rate for this position is $18 - $24 / hour. This is a part-time position (25 hours / week) and is not eligible for benefits with our company.
