Live Events Account Manager - Remote | Wfh

As a Live Events Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing key sponsorship accounts, managing the entire lifecycle of campaigns, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful event execution. You will also have the opportunity to attend team trips, exclusive events, and gain hands-on experience with global events.
Responsibilities
Oversee key sponsorship accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and successful execution of deliverables
Manage the entire lifecycle of campaigns, from planning to post-event analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, and production, to ensure seamless event execution
Develop and maintain relationships with sports personalities, athletes, and celebrities
Bring sponsorship programs to life by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Work closely with the Senior Director of Partnerships and the owners to achieve business objectives
Balance onsite and digital event management responsibilities
Project manage multiple brands/events simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
Act as a client-facing representative, delivering exceptional service and building long-term partnerships
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in live events, specifically with festivals
Demonstrated experience in managing sponsorship deals and working with sports personalities, athletes, or celebrities
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle diverse tasks and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility for occasional travel and the willingness to work outside traditional business hours
