Bridge Solutions Specialist

Microdesk is seeking a Bridge Solutions Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Develop technical documentation for standards and workflows.
• Present proposed technical solution(s) and relate them to the customer's business issues.
• Deliver online webinars to customers.
• Provide staff augmentation and mentoring services to support customers.
• Deliver training at either Microdesk or client offices.
• Provide Technical Support to help customers through technical issues.
• Establish metrics for quantifying the customer's return on investment and justification for solution investment.
• Demonstrate, map/integrate disparate AEC technologies to solve design and construction workflow inefficiencies.
• Lead discovery of adjacent opportunities.
• Support the success of the Microdesk sales team by providing technical presentations, recommending solution offerings and marketing messaging.
• Grow and maintain respected, long-term, trusted advisor relationships with customers and members of the Microdesk sales force involved with the opportunity.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 3 or more years of experience in Bridge Engineering Technology
• Professional registration (P.E., etc.) and industry accreditations (LEED AP) is a plus
• Bachelor degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related industry.
• Outstanding knowledge of Civil 3D.

Salary Range: $85,000.00-$105,000.00 Annually
