What You’ll Do

• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and threats.
• Work with functional leaders to define the product portfolio, go-to-market strategy, and customer success process.
• Analyze sales, product, and content data to understand trends in our business and adjust our strategy and execution to drive new business.
• Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing programs that drive awareness, interest, and demand for the T&D portfolio.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
• Work closely with the product and content teams to ensure that the product roadmap is aligned with the solutions strategy.
• Develop and execute T&D’s strategy with your team.

What You’ll Need

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• MBA is a plus.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategies that drive both new and recurring enterprise business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of the enterprise software market at scale.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or strategy preferably in enterprise software (enterprise learning software a plus)
