Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and business opportunities that align with Softwurx's mission and values.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs in the software industry.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative software solutions prioritizing usability, ethics, and progressiveness.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.

Monitor industry developments, competition, and market dynamics to inform business strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development or a related role, preferably in the software industry.

Strong understanding of software trends, user experience, and ethical practices in software development.

Passion for creating software that is user-friendly, ethical, and progressive.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
