Job Description
The Helpdesk Technician role for our San Jose, CA location, is a great opportunity for an Intern with an interest in IT customer service and a good general understanding of servers, networks, and PCs to perform first tier office support and provide premium customer service. If you are an aspiring IT Technician who takes pride in providing a high level of customer service, then we want to speak with you. Apply now! This position requires a full time commitment for 3 months and is onsite at our Austin, Texas location.
In your new role you will:
  • Deploy, troubleshoot , build, and support highly standardized operating systems and hardware including computers, mobile devices, and video conferencing systems
  • Handle shipping and receiving of IT hardware
  • Manage hardware inventory where strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Tech savvy with an aptitude for emerging technologies
  • Pursuing a BS degree or Technical degree in Computer Science
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
