Desktop Support Engineer Jobs

Position Description

As a Network & Systems Specialist you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our SMB clients’ networks and related systems. This will include occasional travel around the DFW area and occasionally out of state.

Required Skills, Experience

- End user onboarding and offboarding processes

- Installing, configuring, and supporting Windows operating systems

- Installing and configuring Windows Server operating systems

- Administration of Active Directory Users & Computers

- Supporting and maintaining end user devices – desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices etc.

- Endpoint security solutions - software firewalls, antivirus, endpoint detection tools

- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365

- Strong understanding of networking – DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, SSH, etc.

- Ability to identify and solve network connectivity and performance issues

- Experience with mobile VPN and remote access

- Working knowledge of VoIP communications

- Documentation of standard operating procedures and process improvements
