Desktop Support Analyst Jobs

Apex Systems Inc. is currently hiring a Business Requirements Analyst for one of our growing healthcare clients!

Desktop Support

Industry: Healthcare

Duration: 6-month contract to hire

Location: 100% onsite 5 days a week, M-F, 8-5

Can work out of one of the following locations: Lousiville, Littleton, Centennial or Denver.

Vaccination Requirement: Either Covid-19 vaccinated, or willing to sign a medical or religious exemption.

Drug Test and Background check required

Responsibilities:

•Install desktop hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, PDAs, operating systems, tablets and standard applications.

•This includes installation and relocation of devices, as required.

•Provide detailed descriptions within help desk tickets.

•Must include troubleshooting steps taken.

•Technicians may not transfer tickets to other teams without the specific steps taken to resolve the issue and the results.

•Follow AIT standards for devices and software, as approved and directed by the AIT Senior Leadership; report any non-standard installations of software or hardware

•Work with networking and server staff, as required, to provide proper end-user connectivity to the network, servers, and applications/systems.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

•Internet Browsers

•Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, powerpoint, Skype, Office 365 Suite)

•All Current Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems

•Familiarity with Windows Active Directory & SCCM

•Familiarity with Mobile Devices devices

•Able Ability to solve technical issues with some supervision.

•Demonstrates effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

•Basic knowledge of Active Directory, GPO’s, and Workstation management software, as it relates to users & workstations.

Associate:

Pay: $23/hr

AT LEAST 6+ months of relevant/recent work experience up to 3 years

CompTIA A+ preferred, not required

Heavy Microsoft Environment

Hands-on with hardware, technical support, PC’s, workstation setups

Intermediate:

Pay: $27/hr

3+ Years of relevant/recent work experience

Requires CompTIA A+
