Job Description

As an Analyst - IT Support, you will provide the best mid-level customer service for all things technical, including support for hardware, software, application, and operating system issues for all employees and business partners for every incident every time. You will support specific technical functions such as PC break, fix and re-imaging, anti-virus remediation, account unlocks, password resets, and sales orders and purchase orders unlocks.

Responsibilities:

  • Create incident ticket for every issue raised.
  • Printing issues
  • Windows Operating Systems
  • Provide hands-on support common hardware issues including:
    • Printing issues
    • PC Hardware maintenance
    • Network troubleshooting (including patching)
    • Pro-active maintenance of warehouse IT systems
    • Hardware Disposals
    • Reimaging of PCs and laptops.
  • Network troubleshooting (including patching)
  • Anti-virus
  • PC Hardware maintenance
  • Provide hands-on or telephone support for common software issues including:
    • Eclipse ERP support (training given)
    • Windows Operating Systems
    • Common Applications (Microsoft, Adobe)
    • Anti-virus
  • Common Applications (Microsoft, Adobe)
  • Reimaging of PCs and laptops.
  • Hardware Disposals
  • Identify areas for improvement in IT and raise with IT Management.
  • Pro-active maintenance of warehouse IT systems
  • Eclipse ERP support (training given)
  • Participate as a team member on major project implementations and normal day-to-day incidents and requests.
  • Document and escalate requests to appropriate IT personnel.
  • Collaborate with other IT personnel and business units on assigned projects.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer hardware and software.
  • 1-year experience in providing systems support.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Ability to identify measures and indicators of system performance and actions needed to improve performance, relative to goals of system.
  • Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personnel services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • High School Degree or Equivalent.

The expected salary range for this role is $60,800 - $79,000. This is the salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s compensation level within the range will be based on several factors, including but not limited to geographic location, experience, relevant education, qualifications, skills, organizational needs, and performance. This position may be eligible to participate in the company’s incentive plan.
