Overview IT Desktop Support Admin is responsible for providing technical support to users of desktop computers, laptops, and other related hardware and software. They are responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and providing training and support to users. Detailed Job Description IT Desktop Support Admin is responsible for providing technical support to users of desktop computers, laptops, and other related hardware and software. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and providing training and support to users. The IT Desktop Support Admin will also be responsible for maintaining and updating hardware and software, as well as providing technical assistance to users. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of computer hardware and software

• Ability to install and configure hardware and software

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least two years of experience in IT support
• A+ certification or equivalent
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification or equivalent
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
• Experience with network and system administration
