Intern, Hr Talent Team

KLDiscovery, one of the largest national eDiscovery providers, is currently sponsoring a summer internship to support our Talent team for an exciting new opportunity.

The internship will involve multiple projects to learn, apply, and develop, which will assist KLDiscovery and provide a positive experience for the individual.

The position will serve as a team member responsible for performing tasks in support our Talent team involving Global Talent Partnership, Global Talent Operations, Employee Experience and Talent Acquisition.

Hybrid position (combined remote, work from home and on-site). Full-time (40 hours per week) intern position during the summer; this role can accommodate a flexible schedule within general business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and passion for learning about day-to-day HR activities
• Basic knowledge of HR confidentiality requirements; demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive and protected information
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds as well as carry, push, pull, kneel and squat
• Proactivity and ability to work independently
• Are comfortable with and quick to learn new technologies and software
• Show a high level of professionalism and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Have excellent organizational skills including a high level of efficiency and attention to detail, excellent customer service, and initiative
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Working towards a degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
• Experience with MS Office required, especially MS Word and MS Excel
