We currently has an exciting career opportunity for a Talent Management Coordinator on our Talent Management Team.

YOUR TEAM.

The Talent Management team is responsible for contributing to the design and delivery of an extraordinary people experience that differentiates us in the marketplace and allows us to attract, develop, engage and retain high performing team members.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Coordinate dates with different teams as they relate to Talent Management programs, onboarding, etc.
  • Run necessary project and performance management reports
  • Create and proactively update Talent Management materials such as PowerPoints, toolkits, intranet pages, electronic forms and more.
  • Provide support in setting up surveys and assist with talent metric analyses for necessary projects
  • Keep Talent Management calendar up to date with upcoming programs, communications, and deadlines
  • Assist in various Talent Management Projects as needed – putting together materials, formatting, etc.
  • Data management- collect and organize data and feedback as necessary
  • Draft Talent Management communications and coordinate distribution through proper channels
  • Ensure project trackers are up to date, follow up with team members working on projects
  • Keep MS Team files organized and archive necessary folders in SharePoint as projects are wrapped up
  • Main point of contact with external vendors such as CPA Review Programs, Onboarding Gifts, etc.

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as critical thinking and creative skills
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel techniques, including v-lookup, macros and other “cleanup” methods to help focus on data integrity
  • Flexibility, high energy, and a positive attitude
  • Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Bachelor’s degree; Human Resources or Business related field is preferred
  • A proactive attitude and an ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with performance management and HRIS systems
  • 1+ years of HR experience; professional services industry experience is preferred
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines
