Intern - Human Resources (Talent Acquisition)

SUMMARY
Talent is a core strategic driver of Subaru's success. The HR function focuses on our organization's most prized assets - our current and potential talent. We're looking for an inquisitive, data-driven, self-motivated, individual to join our HR team for the summer!
COURSE OF STUDY
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources required
TERM

• ~20-25 hours per week around students school schedule
• $19 an hour (undergrad)
• Internship to begin in September and end in May
• Location - Subaru Headquarters in Camden, NJ

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Robust learning plan with internal opportunities
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support with process-improvement projects and day-to-day tasks
• Support team with organizing, hosting, and developing university program events
• Exposure to senior leadership and strategic business activities and decisions
