Overview A Human Resources Talent Partner is a professional who is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent. They are responsible for creating and managing a talent pipeline, providing guidance to hiring managers, and ensuring that the organization is able to meet its talent needs. Detailed Job Description A Human Resources Talent Partner is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent. They are responsible for creating and managing a talent pipeline, providing guidance to hiring managers, and ensuring that the organization is able to meet its talent needs. They must be able to identify and assess potential candidates, create job postings, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions. They must also be able to develop and implement strategies to retain top talent, such as employee engagement initiatives, training and development programs, and performance management systems. Additionally, they must be able to provide guidance and support to hiring managers and employees, and ensure that the organization is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) is preferred
