Overview:
A Talent Management Intern is responsible for assisting with the recruitment, onboarding, and development of new and existing employees. They will work closely with the Talent Management team to ensure that all processes are followed and that the company’s standards are met.Detailed Job Description:
The Talent Management Intern will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the recruitment, onboarding, and development of new and existing employees. This includes but is not limited to:
• Assisting with the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
• Developing and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies
• Assisting with the onboarding process, including orientation, training, and onboarding paperwork
• Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders
• Assisting with the development of existing employees, including training, coaching, and mentoring
• Assisting with the development of new and existing policies and procedures
• Assisting with the development of performance management systems
• Assisting with the development of employee engagement initiatives
• Assisting with the development of employee recognition programs
• Assisting with the development of employee surveys
• Assisting with the development of employee retention strategies
• Assisting with the development of succession planning initiatives
• Assisting with the development of employee career paths
• Assisting with the development of employee development plans
• Assisting with the development of employee recognition programs
