Work Type: Full Time


Pay Rate: $55K - $60K


Experience: 2 years plus


Schedule: 9 am - 5 pm approx (please note, this is an in-office position, not virtual)


We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing, evaluating, and onboarding candidates.


HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads, and conducting background checks. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we'd like to meet you.


Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong brand for Johnson Secuirty Bureau, Inc. to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified team members.


Expected duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media, professional platforms, etc.)
  • Schedule appointments with candidates
  • Setup for and assist in orientation and training classes
  • Conduct a minimum of 40 in-person first-round interviews a week
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to security managers and schedule inter
  • Setup and conduct job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
  • Other duties as needed.
  • Collaborate with security managers to identify future hiring needs
  • Print and distribute employee Id badges
  • Manage and monitor the candidate referral program
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
  • Craft recruiting and send text/emails to attract candidates
  • Design, post, and update job descriptions and postings
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person
  • Prepare and distribute assessments, background checks, health and drug screenings, etc.
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about positions
  • Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally


Requirements


  • Sound judgment
  • Experience with sourcing techniques
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of referral programs
