Job Description

We are in search of that HR Professional - a Director of Human Resources - someone who has the experience, talents and skills to go forth and prosper for an organization that forges on with continued revenues - What an opportunity for the accomplished Human Resources talent to be able to continue on a path to become VP and more as an accomplished talent in the field of HR - (client in Palm Beach County, Florida) - possible relocation available for that experienced HR Professional who has skills in compliance, employee relations, and highly regulated environment; leading and building the Human Resources team - and allowing the organization to be successful in it's endeavors.   • Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization's human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system.
  • Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
  • Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
  • Facilitates professional development, training, and certification activities for HR staff.
  • Monitors and ensures the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Performs other duties as required.
  • Develops and implements departmental budget.
  • Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Develop and Implement reporting and analytics on HR Trends
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.

  • HRIS Administration
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Experience working in a global multi-branch/office environment- supporting 5000+ employees
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
