Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate workers' compensation claims with third-party administrator.
• Coordinate hourly payroll with our payroll provider and restaurant management team
• Assists in internal investigations and/or government/agency investigations by gathering required data and information
• Responds to and/or escalates employee inquiries or concerns to appropriate owner within HR team
• Maintenance of employee and organizational information in HRIS
• Monthly review of ACA eligibility with our Administrator
• Supports overall department by providing information and/or reporting as needed
• Processing benefit invoices and collaborating with accounting for proper allocation and reconciliation
• Supports culture and engagement activities by coordinating events and communication to engage team and analyze dashboard data to identify trends and report to leadership
• Coordinates employee leave programs, including FMLA, State programs, Short & Long Term Disability
