Human Resources Coordinator Jobs

Essential Functions:

Specific focus on Payroll and benefits, non-exempt recruitment, and general HR services. Performs a wide range of duties relative to the maintenance and processing of personnel records and reports. This is an onsite position with no possibility for remote or hybrid. This company owns and operates high-end retail stores throughout Florida, with locations in the Central and South Florida areas.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs benefits administration, partnering with ADP with any claims resolution or communicating benefits information to employees
• Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
• Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database
• HRIS maintenance and data entry
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables
• Process bi-weekly payroll in PAYCHEX
• Collaborate with HR Director to determine annual compensation and benefits programs

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• Detail oriented, strong organization and planning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills-
• Broad knowledge of federal and state employment laws
• ADP or Paychex processing experience preferred
• Strong ethics and reliability
• Experience with the Paychex
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
