Human Resources Coordinator Jobs

Core Responsibilities:

• Reports to the US HR Manager and serve as a critical member of the global HR team.
• Assists with employee onboarding and orientation process.
• Assists with the recruiting process to find top talent for our growing team.
• Manages and maintains employee files.
• Assists with company payroll process and enhancements.
• Supports the company HRIS.
• Assists with the company performance review process.
• Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends continuous improvements
• Ensures global culture and values are embedded throughout the company.
• Administers employee benefits and ensures effective use of plans for positive employee relations.

Qualifications:

• SHRM-CP or related credential preferred.
• Curious, innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
• Natural interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience required.
• Working understanding of human resources principles, practices, and procedures.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Problem solver and self-starter.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments.

Founded in 2015 in Pisa Italy, MMI is dedicated to improving reconstructive microsurgery options for surgeons and patients and has developed the first teleoperated robotic platform for open microsurgery. MMI’s Symaniâ Surgical System offers surgeons motion scaling and tremor elimination and aims to facilitate existing procedures as well as enable new ones in the domain of microsurgery, from post-oncological and trauma reconstructions to ophthalmology, organ transplantation and pediatric surgery. Approved with a CE mark in Europe currently, MMI is in the process of expanding into other global markets such as the United States following FDA approval of the Symani System.
