Job Overview
Join our team as a Human Resources Analyst and play a key role in supporting our performance management initiatives. As an analytical and detail-oriented professional, you will manage employee data collection, reporting, and system administration. Your work will contribute to our firm's commitment to the career journey of our employees by prioritizing individual and firm-wide data analysis.
Responsibilities
Lead the collection, management, and analysis of performance-related employee data
Manage the employee performance management system and feedback gathering processes
Administer annual performance reviews and project-specific feedback collection tools
Conduct executive reviews and broader employee surveys on leadership reflections
Monitor and promote compliance among all employees
Analyze team, department, tenure, title-specific, and year-over-year trends and communicate findings to HR leadership
Research and highlight emerging industry best practices for performance management
Collect and report employee exit and stay interview data
Provide ongoing reporting for "HR Fast Facts," a monthly report to CCS leadership
Manage HR-related source reports for CCS's strategic plan dashboard
Identify additional reporting needs and develop data collection strategies to support HR goals
Collaborate with other HR pillars on related reporting needs
Partner with regional teams/departments on additional reporting needs
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business analytics, or a related field
Previous experience as an analyst or in a related function
Knowledge of data hygiene, collection, and analysis best practices
Experience managing dashboards and building reporting tools
Familiarity With Leapsome, ADP, And Other HR Systems Preferred
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Passion for philanthropy and the nonprofit sector
