Human Recources Manager Jobs

Do you like the fast pace and interaction in Manufacturing Human Resources? A 27/7 three-shift manufacturing facility outside of Knoxville is looking for an HR Manager. This individual must operate with high integrity and confidentiality to maintain a positive working relationship within the facility. The HR Manager will have strong employee relations skills and experience with positive employee relations programs and coaching a plant management team.

Key responsibilities include:

· Hiring: Interview, orient salaried and hourly employees.

· Record Keeping: Maintain salary and hourly employment records, administer attendance program, regional HR KPIs, and HR System Administration.

· Coaching: Hiring managers and departments to develop their human relations skills.

· Salary planning and payroll administration.

· Talent Management: Annual reviews and succession planning.

· Health and Safety: Support the plant's Environmental Health and Safety Staff.

· Policy Management: Develop and Maintain plant policies.

· Benefits Administration: Coach employees on benefit offerings, managing health insurance, retirement accounts, vacations, paid time off, and parental leave.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

· A four-year degree in HR or related with five or more years of human resources experience.
