The Simple VUE (TSV) is searching for a Project Manager with Human Resources management.The Project Manager II is responsible for effectively coordinating and completing projects within the organization. They oversee all project aspects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and closely monitor and summarize project progress. This role entails preparing reports on the project status and assuming overall responsibility for project performance. Project Manager II plays a key role in strategic planning, budgeting, staffing performance, and staffing selection to meet task requirements.
In this position, the individual establishes, communicates, and enforces high-quality work standards. They diligently monitor progress and promptly address any identified issues that may impact the successful delivery of products or services. Ensuring compliance with administrative and personnel laws is a crucial aspect of the role. The Project Manager II possesses a deep understanding of labor laws and contractual requirements related to workforce diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.
Project Manager II serves as the primary point of contact with government entities regarding contract and program management matters. They assign contractor schedules, review work discrepancies, supervise contractor personnel, and effectively communicate the organization's policies, purposes, and goals to subordinates.
The ideal candidate for this position possesses excellent people skills and excels in communication, including verbal, presentation, and written skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Outlook, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint, is essential. Project Manager II is expected to have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience and hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
Additionally, the Project Manager II provides strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program and project staff. They conduct detailed analysis and evaluation, offering recommendations for improvements, optimization, development, and maintenance efforts to address specific client needs or mission-critical challenges. This role involves consulting with the government (client), leading studies, and conducting surveys to collect and analyze data for providing advice and proposing solutions.
Education●5 to 10 years of relevant experience and hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
●HR Certifications from SHRM is a plus
3 years’ experience in HR Analytics
Travel●Travel in and out of State may be required
