Recruiter & HR Coordinator-Remote Full-time/Competitive Compensation and Incentives

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recruiter & HR Coordinator to join our team at Adept Group. As a Recruiter & HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent for our team. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth hiring process from start to finish. Once onboarded, as the HR Coordinator, you will be the face of Adept as the conduit to our external partners and the champion of our culture. Recruiter & HR Coordinator Key Accountabilities


Recruiter

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Proactively source and identify candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.


Interview and Assessment:

  • Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide detailed candidate feedback to hiring managers.
  • Administer relevant assessments or tests, as required.


Candidate Management:

  • Guide candidates through the interview and selection process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and aspirations.
  • Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications.


Internal Client Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between internal clients and candidates, facilitating effective communication.
  • Provide regular updates on candidate progress and market insights to internal clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.


Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in Adept’s applicant tracking system (Jobvite)
  • Generate reports and analytics to track recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.

Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Stay current with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Adhere to best practices in recruitment and HR processes


HR Coordinator

Employee Experience and Engagement

  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
  • Policy and Procedure Compliance:
  • Coordination of company events
  • Gather feedback from employees through surveys and feedback sessions.
  • Overseeing the swag store, new hire packages, and any other employee perk efforts in conjunction with Marketing
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Assist in the onboarding process; ensuring all necessary documents are completed and collected.
  • Coordination and execution of company communication
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, benefits, and training records.
  • HR Records Management:
  • Benefits Administration:
  • Update and maintain all information on employee site to provide a self-service module to employees, including culture, policies, videos, documents, or anything else that we can provide access through in our systems
  • Create and cultivate a culture that provides opportunities for team connectedness
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.
  • Collaborate with our benefits partner to support benefits enrollment processes, changes, and inquiries for employees.
  • Assist in communicating HR policies and procedures to employees.
  • Collaborate with our benefits partner to plan and execute employee orientation programs to introduce new hires to company policies and culture. Coordinate and execute employee off boarding experience


Qualifications:

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in technical or consultative sales preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and fellow employees.
  • Preference given to Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software (Jobvite and Big Time preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
