Financial Analyst / Executive Assistant

Analyst Responsibilities:

1. Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, trend analysis, and graphical representation.
2. Handle data analysis and reporting tasks.
3. Maintain and update key business reports.
4. Approve install and forklift invoices in the SAP inbox.
5. Maintain the container report and handle rework processes.
6. Update PO dates from the container report.
7. Leverage analytical skills to draw meaningful insights from data.

Administrative Responsibilities:

1. Prepare various forms of correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations.
2. Manage calendar organization and coordinate meeting preparations.
3. Handle communications with internal and external contacts at all levels.
4. Schedule meetings as required.
5. Arrange travel for the CEO.
6. Maintain commission reports.
