We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst that has an aspiration for playing a leading role in providing management, various internal and external stakeholders with timely and reliable forecasts of the company's financial and business activities to support management decision-making. You will lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, help building long-range operating plans, improve monthly and quarterly reports and track KPIs relevant to the business. Responsibilities

• Analyze recourse allocation, time spending by projects, resource utilization, gross margin, and prepare valuable insightful reports to allow management making important business decisions;
• Partner with leadership team in building short and long-term budgets on cash and accrual basis, including projecting revenue by revenue streams and OPEX by departments, groups, classes, regions and various organizational units;
• Monitor weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual cash spending;
• Participate in developing reporting package for leadership team, board and investors;
• Analyze booking, revenue forecasting, OPEX by departments, groups, regions, and countries;
• Partner with leadership and HR in developing and maintaining hiring plans and projections;
• Team up with senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models for new business offering and by evaluating ROI of new strategic investments;
• Participate in various projects and build ad-hoc financial reports as needed
• Minimum Download Speed: 6 Mbps
• Minimum Upload Speed: 5 Mbps
• Project and monitor ARR, LTV, ACV, CAC, margin on recurring software and professional service projects;
• RAM: 8GB or higher
• A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background.
• Must possess your own laptop/desktop that meets the following minimum qualifications:
• Must have a reliable internet connection with the following bandwidth requirements:
• Processor: Core i5 or higher
• Prepare variance analysis, track monthly and quarterly performance through comparison of actuals versus budgets and projections to ensure transparency and enhance control over operations and use of the company resources;

Requirements

• Very knowledgeable in financial planning and reporting tools;
• Able to efficiently prioritize and execute against competing tasks and projects;
• Previous experience in a high-tech software start-up environment is a plus;
• Skillfulness in simplifying complex problems and building solutions and translating them into short and long-term projections;
• Knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition software is required;
• Proactive, resourceful and reliable, extraordinary problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA is preferred;
• Comprehensive knowledge of cost accounting is a plus;
• Ability to work from 10 am to 6 pm M-F, EST or CST time.
• Lead or participated in implementation of budgeting systems;
• 5+ years of experience in advanced financial analysis, planning and budgeting
• Experience in complex financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting;
• QB Enterprise, NetSuite and other ERP, Adaptive Planning, PowerPoint and Excel guru
