📝 Responsibilities: ✅ Assist agents with client management and contract administration ✅ Conduct market research to identify potential talent and emerging trends ✅ Coordinate and organize client meetings and appointments ✅ Prepare compelling presentations and marketing materials ✅ Maintain strong relationships with athletes and key stakeholders ✅ Stay up-to-date with industry news and developments ✅ Support agents in executing business strategies and negotiations

🔑 Requirements: ⚡ Passionate about sports with a deep knowledge of the sports industry ⚡ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ⚡ Self-motivated and driven to achieve outstanding results ⚡ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities ⚡ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adept at learning new software ⚡ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment ⚡Pursuing Bachelor's degree in sports management, business, or related field (preferred)
