Role: Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) - Remote

This is a great role for someone looking to make an impact and leverage their finance and accounting skills. You will literally get your hands into every area of finance and get to learn operations inside and out which will help you grow tremendously, increase your marketability and career trajectory. Most finance roles are siloed, whereas this one is incredibly robust.

At a high level: you’ll get to work on a wide variety of things including:

• SG&A analysis
• Financial and operational KPIs and analytics such as: sales (pricing/volume), profitability (revenue/gross margin/expense) at the product, market and department level
• Trending / variance analysis
• Strategic planning
• P&L Management
• Month end close and related financial reporting of monthly results to executive leadership
• M&A
• Commercial finance
• Providing financial summaries & commentary for management / MD&A
• Cost analysis
• Financial modeling
• Pricing
• Forecasting
• Plant Finance
• ROI Analysis
• Product development
• Market Analysis
• FP&A
• Accrual allocation
• Budgeting

Background Profile:

• True team player, laid back, easy to work with
• Knowledgeable and comfortable with financial statements and analysis
• 2-7 years of Finance / FP&A, plant finance / accounting, cost accounting, corporate accounting OR public accounting (Tax, Audit, Consulting, Advisory)
• BA degree in Finance or Accounting
• Seeking someone that has a high degree of intellectual curiosity in trying to understand how and why things work
• Advanced degrees/certifications strongly preferred (CPA, CFA, CMA, Financial Modeling / FMVA, MBA, MAcc)
• Advanced Excel skills
