Executive Assistant - Operations & Accouting

Amigos, a Nebraska born and raised restaurant chain that is 100% employee owned, is looking for a talented Executive Assistant to join the team at our Lincoln Corporate office. This role is critical to our organization’s success. The Executive Assistant works very closely with Operations, Accounting, & Payroll. Key Qualifications we are Seeking:

• Extremely attentive to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices
• Must be willing and able to work up to 45 to 50 hours a week, and occasionally on Saturday.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft office programs
• Highly Organized
• Someone who can stay calm under pressure and help find solutions when needed.
• Flexible and willing to take on additional tasks as needed.
