COMPENSATION: $90-$115k per year

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

JOB OVERVIEW:

This position is to create routine reports with the supervision of experience

The main goal is to train the lower-level Financial Analysts on the in-depth list of tests/products Ambry provides. To give them knowledge of the medical billing and the tools to make ad-hoc reports.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive continuous improvement of existing processes
• Create and present monthly reporting package to business partners, including P&L variances
• Partner with business leaders to identify cost KPIs and saving initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Strong knowledge of operational financial management processes such as forecasts/budgeting, cost allocations, capital expenditures, and OPEX
• Responsible for month end close activities such as, submitting accruals for assigned departments, analyzing financial results to identify key drivers of variances, consolidating P&Ls, and etc.
• Partner with Operations and IT to create and maintain financial models (i.e. profitability, pricing, sensitivity analysis, etc.)

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

· Strong Data Analytics- experience working with larges sets of numbers

· Critical thinker- being able to take the data and interpret the meaning of it to management

· Strong Communicator- working cross functional with various departments

· Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics

· Progressive growth in career

· 3-5 years of experience
