Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will partner with both park and corporate leaders on our owned and operated (O&O) and franchise operational expenses. This newly created position will be responsible for detail reporting and analysis on the cost of sales, park personnel expenses, and marketing spend. As a member of a growing team that helps our leaders make informed decisions, this is an ideal position for someone with advanced Excel skills, a strong work ethic, and the drive to learn and become a contributing member of the team quickly.

Responsibilities

• Proactively work with managers on park labor deployment, forecasting, and analysis
• Own the review and analysis of the company’s overall operational expenses with a focus on the cost of sales, park personnel expenses, and marketing spend
• Collaborate with the accounting and business intelligence teams on reporting park P&L results
• Assist management with key reporting metrics
• Support the marketing team on their spend and provide ROI analysis as well as forecasting future needs
• Use Excel, Netsuite, and PowerBI to pull data and create reports
• Dive deep into the components of the cost of sales providing analytics, forecasting, and reporting
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting on strategic projects
• Engage with and build communication with business functional partners
• Monitor and analyze actual financial performance against budget and forecast, identify variances, and make recommendations

Qualifications

• Experience with Netsuite is a plus
• Advanced MS Excel skills including formulas, functions, pivot tables, LOOKUPS, statistical formulas, macros, conditional formatting, importing data, creating graphs/charts, etc
• A self-starter with a desire to learn and make an immediate impact in a growing PE-owned business
• Well-organized, communication skills with high motivation for continuous improvement and ability to drive impact
• 4+ years of related experience in FP&A/or finance with technical knowledge and experience of financial modeling
• Proficient in other MS Word, PowerPoint, as well as other relevant software
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and interpret trends, gaps, patterns
• Experience with MS PowerBI is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field
• Experience in multi-unit, subscription-based businesses is a plus

Compensation: $100-110k + benefits based on experience and qualifications.
