Remote Senior Financial Analyst

Our client, a well-established PE backed healthcare provider with over 300 doctors and several 100 million in patient revenue seeks to hire a Senior Analyst to work remotely. The entire team is remote and travels to visit operations once per quarter (4 times yearly), culture is simply great and associates grow and progress with promotions. **THIS POSITION IS PERMANENTLY REMOTE**

The Senior Financial Analyst is a critical member of the Financial Planning & Analysis Team. This individual requires strong analytical skills and finance background. This individual must have a proven track record as a financial analyst and be self-motivated with strong finance and interpersonal skills.

-Manage the development of short- and long-term financial models and solutions that will

help grow and support internal business goals

- Partner with the Operations team to drive performance and strategic planning

- Lead regional budget development in collaboration with key stakeholders

- Assist CFO and VP of Decision Support with special projects and ad hoc analysis as

needed

- Collaborate with internal customers to develop client-focused analytic models,

methodologies, and reports to meet client and advisor needs

- Facilitate reviews and improvement planning with business units and cost centers for

performance gaps

- Efficiently and clearly communicate the core takeaways and conclusions of complex

analytical models

- Support the monthly close process

- Monitor ongoing business performance against budgets/forecasts and conduct/interpret

quantitative and qualitative analyses to provide insight into existing operations

- Partner with stakeholders to understand variance drivers and identify key

risks/opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

2-5+ years of progressive finance experience in financial analysis and/or operational analysis positions. Must have solid core finance understanding. Individual must have excellent problem solving and analytical skills, as well as an ability to effectively manage workload to ensure deadlines are not missed. The individual must be highly motivated and have a desire to innovate and create new ways of looking at things. Individual must have ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.

- Minimum Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; MBA a plus

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate finance, preferably working with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

- Experience with large data sets and identification of trends and key information

- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

- Strong analytical, written communication, interpersonal, listening, and organizational skills

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Experience with data management and data visualization tools and applications such as SQL Server, PowerBI, Qlikview, Tableau, etc

- Adept at visualization and presentation abilities to support communication, findings, and

plans

- Project and time management skills
