Director – Executive Search (Financial Services)

Base Salary - $150k+, $600k+ OTE

US Based, Permanent, Remote Working


I am currently representing a Global Executive Search Firm, looking to expand their Financial Services practice.


You will be working closely with an extensive range of established clientele, including household names of which this firm is a preferred supplier.


They are looking for leading Financial Services Profiles to be at the forefront of their growth, flexible on background.


Their culture is key which is why they are looking for individuals ideally on the East Coast, where they are closer to the HQ in NY, bringing Partners closer together.

Package and Perks:

Up to $150k+ Base Salary

OTE - $600k+ (55% Commission)

Proven track record within Executive Search

Strong Billing Background - $600k+ Annually

5 Years+ Exec Search experience
