Executive Director - Network Operations

CVS Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Executive Director of Network Operations, part of the Infrastructure Operations & Service Delivery organization. In this senior leadership role, you will lead a team of Network Operational Engineers overseeing the management, maintenance, and optimization of our extensive network infrastructure. This infrastructure spans over 10,000 applications, serves over 190,000 users, encompasses 9,000+ locations, and includes multiple fully owned and hosted data centers in addition multi-cloud environments.

As the Executive Director, you will have the responsibility of formulating and executing strategic initiatives, supervising a team of skilled network experts, and ensuring the provision of top-tier network services that align with both client requirements and our organizational objectives. In addition, you will actively collaborate with peer groups and leadership to establish budgets, conduct testing, and spearhead advancements in network design and automation.
