Job Description

The ideal candidate is a self motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. Willing to learn the whole process start to finish and grow into our leadership role immediately. Performance based - highly compensated. Currently looking to fill a lead role for our veteran and union division

Responsibilities

  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets


Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 3+ years' of sales experience
