Overview Entry Level Customer Relations Manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and developing relationships with customers. This position requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. The Entry Level Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing customer feedback to the company. Detailed Job Description The Entry Level Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing customer feedback to the company. The Entry Level Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, as well as providing customer service support. The Entry Level Customer Relations Manager will also be responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions to customer issues.
